They come complete with stand and foot pedal, air regulator, filter, lubricator, stand, base and hoses. You will be able to start filling the day you receive the machine. (you need an air compressor).

These machines can be used to fill lip balm, vape, cannabis, CBD, THC, syringes, shampoo, lotions, food, solvents and other industrial liquids. The machines can be run hot for balms and salves. These machines have just been fully rebuilt with all seals and O rings replaced so that you get a machine that is as new as possible in operation. There is a small power adapter that controls the valve to make the machine trigger and dispense. This can easily be replaced with a 12V lithium battery.

The Hibar itself runs pneumatically without any electricity. You can see many of our videos on line on channel "filling machines fast" on youtube. This machine will fill as low as 1ml and up-to 4oz per stroke (117ml). We can outfit this machine to fit your requirements in many different ways. We also have some rotary valve machines (6oz) for very thick product.

We also have some very small machines (20ml) that are convertible from spring check valves to rotary and have hoppers option. Tell us what you are trying to do and we can offer a solution at a fraction of the cost of new. Note; Pictures show two different types of check valves.

There are the larger valves made by Hibar and the smaller valves made by Swagelok. Only one set of valves is included in the price. Spare O rings are sent with each machine.
