Blackhawk "Porta-Power" made in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Some of us appreciate "Made in USA", not H. Made in China and can't rebuild after 1 use. Used until last year and no longer need it. These pumps / jacks occasionally need jack oil added, seals replaced and fluid changed and air purged etc.

The attachment in some photos Is to help demonstrate that the pump works and is included. It took a lot of strokes to extend so it's probably low on oil from changing out attachments. No oil leaks out when I pumped the cylinder out and left it extended overnight.
